Louise Grzasko Bio

Louise Grzasko is a Partner in our Corporate team. She advises companies and investment banks on corporate and corporate finance transactions. Drawing on over 20 years' experience, Louise supports businesses through their lifecycle. Her expertise includes IPOs (AIM and Official List), takeovers, schemes of arrangement, demergers, mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures. She acts for a range of clients, from small independently run businesses to quoted companies with multi-million pound, multi-national operations. Louise has spent six months working as a lawyer in Frankfurt. She was also seconded to the M&A team at the London offices of a US investment bank. Louise's practice is focussed on clients in the workforce solutions and financial services sectors. Louise has been ranked by Chambers since 2022.
