Jonathan is a Partner in the corporate practice focused on advising public companies and investment banks on corporate finance and capital markets transactions. Jonathan has extensive experience of advising on all forms of public company equity financings and public M&A transactions. Heading the equity capital markets team in Osborne Clarke's London office, Jonathan has taken a leading role on some of the firm’s most high-profile and complex corporate finance transactions. Over the course of his career, he has advised on more than 50 IPOs, over 50 public company takeovers (recommended, hostile and competitive) and numerous secondary offerings.
