Jim Margry is a partner in the Employment, Pensions and Incentives team in Amsterdam. Jim has broad experience in employment law, including advising (multinational) clients on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions. He has extensive experience with post-takeover restructuring and related employee codetermination procedures.
