Partner since 2017, Giuliano has accrued over 20 years’ experience, the last 18 of which in one of the main Italian law firms, during which he has acquired a wide ranging knowledge of extraordinary M&A and Private Equity transactions. Giuliano acts for multinationals, companies, private equity funds and national and international businessmen in the ambit of both extraordinary transactions (acquisitions and sales of companies and branches of business, mergers, buy-outs, investments, joint ventures) and provides general company and commercial advice.
