Fabian has gained experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, advising German corporations and non-German investors in connection with (cross-border) acquisitions, take-over bids, joint ventures, mergers and reorganisations. He also has experience with corporate house-keeping and commercial contracts especially related to the chemistry sector as well as to the energy and energy infrastructure sectors. Further, he has dealt with corporate insolvency questions and financial restructurings as well as with capital markets law related questions and litigation.
