David is a Partner in the corporate practice and specialises in transactions in the Energy and Technology sectors. David qualified at Osborne Clarke in 1997 and has been a Partner at the firm since 2004. David handles M&A and joint venture transactions and projects. He works for corporations, management teams, vendors, purchasers and funders on deals, and his clients range from start-ups to large established corporate groups and utilities.
