She works for a variety of clients, including in the media and entertainment sector. She also regularly acts for both Dutch and international private equity clients and investment funds. As an experienced transaction manager, Cristine knows how to efficiently work with cross-border teams. Clients appreciate Cristine for her pragmatic and business oriented approach. Prior to joining Osborne Clarke in September 2014, Cristine was Counsel at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where she worked for more than 12 years. She has worked as a corporate lawyer in Paris in the course of her professional career. Cristine has a post graduate education in corporate law (Grotius Academy) and real estate science (Amsterdam School of Real Estate).
