Cristina’s expertise lies in corporate law, commercial law, contract law and real estate. Through her career, Cristina has developed relevant experience in M&A, extraordinary transactions and private equity. She has also developed relevant experience on matters related to M&A Insurance (in particular W&I policies, insurance policies to secure indemnification obligations in M&A transactions). Prior to joining Osborne Clarke, Cristina practised as a partner in an Italian boutique where she developed the M&A Insurance practice. Prior to that she had always practised in international law firms of primary standing.
