Bio

He is a Partner in our Business Transactions Group, handling mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. He frequently works with multinational organisations, especially those headquartered in North America, and represents a number of US based private equity firms. He joined Osborne Clarke as a Partner and head of corporate in 1996 and led the practice for seven years. He has particular expertise in representing clients in the Tech, Media and Comms sector, where he has worked for his entire legal career. He regularly visits clients in the US and has done so for the last fifteen years. As a result, he is known for helping clients navigate the legal and cultural differences between the US and Europe, working closely with members of Osborne Clarke International in multiple European jurisdictions.
