Alistair is a corporate partner in the London office of Osborne Clarke. He has particular expertise in relation to UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions (acting for financial sponsors, vendors and management teams). Alistair has advised on a large number of transactions across a variety of sectors, including industrials, technology, retail, media and entertainment.
