Alistair Francis Bio

Alistair Francis is a corporate partner in the London office of Osborne Clarke and head of the UK Corporate team. He has expertise in relation to UK and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions (acting for financial sponsors, vendors and management teams). Alistair has advised on multiple transactions across many different sectors, including technology, retail and consumer, healthcare, industrials and media and entertainment. In 2020 Alistair was named as one of Legal Week's 25 Private Equity Rising Stars. The list recognises the best up and coming UK PE talent, and Alistair was praised for his high profile transaction work and being "so supportive" to his clients. In 2023 Alistair was recognised by MergerLinks in its "Rising Stars: Top UK PE Lawyers" list. The list honours the top 30 young lawyers most active on UK private equity deals.
