Robert Orth advises clients on corporate law, M&A transactions, as well as inheritance law and corporate succession. In addition to his legal advice, Robert Orth also engages in various supervisory and advisory board activities. Robert Orth studied law at the University of Cologne after completing his education as a banker. In 1997 he founded the law firm Orth Kluth jointly with Dr Peter Kluth.
