Marc Henze advises in the areas of corporate law and M&A with a focus on the law of corporate groups and transformation law. He regularly accompanies transactions and advises on complex corporate restructurings. Marc Henze joined Orth Kluth in 1999 and has been a Partner since 2002. Marc Henze studied law at the University of Osnabrück and received his Doctorate in Law from Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf in 2002.
