Boris Korner Bio

Boris Korner advises clients in the areas of financing, M&A and corporate law. He joined the law firm Orth Kluth in 2002 and was appointed as Partner in 2004. Previously, he has worked as a lawyer for Shearman & Sterling as well as Simmons & Simmons, and also headed the legal and human resources department of Content Management AG in Cologne. Boris Körner studied law in Würzburg and Barcelona.
