Konstantin Heitmann, a partner in the Düsseldorf Orrick office, is a member of the European Corporate Group. His practice focuses on a variety of domestic and international business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity transactions, as well as general corporate and commercial law and corporate litigation. Konstantin is part of Orrick since 2004. Before joining Orrick he was working for major German and English law firms.
