Dr. Marc Henze Bio

Marc Henze advises in the areas of M&A and corporate law. A particular focus of his M&A advice is on transactions in the healthcare & life sciences sector. In corporate law, his focus is on advising corporate bodies and supporting restructurings. Marc Henze joined orka in 1999 and has been a partner since 2002. He studied law at the University of Osnabrück and received his doctorate from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in 2002.
