Boris Korner Bio

Boris Körner advises clients in the areas of financing, M&A and corporate law. He joined orka in 2002. He has been a partner since 2004. He previously worked as a lawyer at Shearman & Sterling and Simmons & Simmons and was head of the legal and personnel department at Content Management AG in Cologne. Boris Körner studied law in Würzburg and Barcelona.
