Stephan Konig specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate advice to family-owned groups as well as disputes resulting from these. He has particular experience in arbitration proceedings both as arbitrator and as party representative in large-scale arbitration proceedings in the areas M&A, joint ventures and corporate law. Stephan König leads the Automotive & Mobility Sector Group and is Head of the India Desk of the firm.
