Marvin Rochner Bio

Marvin Rochner specialises in real estate law, in particular real estate transactions, commercial tenancy and leasehold law, and construction contract law. One of his focuses is the contract structuring of project developments – from the initial acquisition of the real estate, through deconstruction and redevelopment measures, to the lease and sale. In addition, Marvin Rochner advises national and international clients from the industrial and automotive sectors on the expansion, conversion or relocation of industrial, administrative and production sites. He also has extensive experience with agricultural and forestry real estate, and riding facilities.
