Mareike Heesing has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2017. She studied law at Cologne University and at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University in Paris (LL.M.) with a focus on international commercial law. She also has the additional French qualification of Maîtrise en Droit. From 2016 to 2017 she worked in France as a legal advisor in the corporate management of Airbus. Mareike Heesing is a member of the German-French lawyers' association (Juristen des deutschen und französischen Rechts (J.D.F.R.) e.V.) Mareike Heesing focuses on advice to national and international high-technology enterprises. In particular, she assists them with project contracts, foreign investment control (FIC) procedures and on questions concerning export control and sanctions. She has special expertise in the structuring of contracts for multinational procurement projects in the aviation and aerospace sector. Mareike Heesing is member of the French Desk.
