Marc Krischer is a partner of Oppenhoff, where he began working as a tax adviser in 2008. During his vocational training he worked at PwC in Frankfurt am Main and Ford-Werke AG in Cologne. From 2003 to 2008 he worked in the tax law/auditing department of Hecker, Werner, Himmelreich & Nacken. He completed his vocational training as an assistant tax consultant and studied business law in Cologne (Diploma) as well as taxation in Münster (Master of Laws). He also qualified as a German CPA in 2009 (Wirtschaftsprüfer in eigener Praxis). From 2005 to 2016 he lectured at the RFH Köln for international accounting/group accounting and also for group tax law. Marc Krischer specialises in providing tax and balance sheet advice in M&A matters, in the structuring and restructuring of corporate groups as well as advice on external audits and extrajudicial and judicial legal remedies. He also advises on VAT, Insurance Premium Tax, Withholding Tax matters, management incentives and tax compliance requirements. Within the practice group Succession, Wealth, Foundations he advises in particular artists and sportsmen with respect to cross-border tax implications.
