Isabel Hexel is a partner at Oppenhoff and has many years of experience in providing employment law advice to both national and international companies. Clients appreciate her negotiating skills, her pragmatic approach and her ability to explain complex matters. She assists clients in the challenges posed by individual and collective employment law, for example in negotiations with works councils and unions during reorganisations, conciliation boards or concerning New Work. Isabel Hexel is also known for her particular experience in employment law compliance, especially in the handling of internal investigations, but also for her contract drafting for deploying flexible human resources (provision of temporary workers, interim management, freelancers, contracts for works). Her clients are able to draw upon her extensive international network at any time, built up by her over years of multi-jurisdictional projects, including matters concerning transfers of businesses or the establishment of European Works Councils.
