Gregor Seikel Bio

Gregor Seikel has been advising on corporate law since 1994, in particular providing advice to real estate partnerships and real estate corporations, as well as assisting with general meetings and acting as a supervisory board member. He also advises on shareholder disputes and real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions and user agreements as well as the interfaces with real estate tax law. Over the past ten years, Gregor Seikel has also focused on advising private clients in the areas of succession, wealth and foundations. Among other things, he has advised private clients on various succession issues, the structuring of family wealth and on family conflicts and the establishment of foundations. His practice area also includes legal assistance to foundations. Oppenhoff was named Law Firm of the Year for Succession, Wealth and Foundations at the JUVE Awards 2021.
