Gregor Seikel has been an attorney and partner at Oppenhoff since 2019. He was previously a partner at GSK Stockmann for almost 21 years. He graduated from the University of Mainz and studied law in Bonn and Munich. He also attained a degree in business management in Munich and completed an apprenticeship as a banker. In addition, his studies and legal internship included several periods abroad, amongst others in London and Austin, Texas. Gregor Seikel is a board member of a non-profit foundation. He is a member of various supervisory boards of stock corporations, five of which he serves as chairman. He is also involved in various business clubs, partially as a board member. Gregor Seikel has been providing legal advice since 1994 on corporate law with a focus on M&A and venture capital, on real estate law with a focus on real estate transactions and user agreements, as well as on the interfaces to real estate tax law. He also advises private clients on succession issues and family conflicts, shareholder disputes and the conception and structuring of family wealth.
