In addition to defending and enforcing infringement claims, she provides legal support in the planning and implementation of advertising and marketing measures as well as in the defence against the anti-competitive conduct of competitors. Fee Mader provides strategic advice to companies and entrepreneurs on their market development, and assists in all other steps, from the notification and management of marks to their defence. Fee Mader also specialises in media law. Here, she advises and represents clients in both the defence and enforcement of claims under private law, such as the infringement of personal rights through text and photo journalism, as well as in the field of public media law in cases concerning supervisory and regulatory questions as well as proceedings of the federal state media institutions.
