Cornelia-Cristina Scupra has been a lawyer at Oppenhoff since 2017. She studied law at the Goethe-University in Frankfurt am Main. During her studies she worked for the law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in Frankfurt am Main (Employment). She was a legal intern inter alia at White&Case (Employment, Pension & Benefits) and DLA Piper UK (Employment) in Frankfurt am Main. Cornelia-Cristina Scupra advises national and international enterprises on all questions of individual and collective employment law, especially in drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts as well as codetermination issues in works and enterprises. She also gives advice on labor and employment law aspects of M&A transactions. Cornelia-Cristina Scupra also represents employers in courts.
