Alexandra Groth advises German and international companies on employment law questions concerning reorganisations and the relocation of business divisions. She is experienced in the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service agreements, and also assists clients in social security matters. Furthermore, she advises employers on questions concerning company codetermination, such as the harmonisation of employment conditions or in the area of New Work. A further focus of her work is the establishment of employee participation programmes and (virtual) stock option plans. Alexandra Groth is a member of the French Desk and advises French companies on the employment law aspects of their entry into the German market.
