Richard Sharp is a corporate lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience in corporate and offshore transactions and a partner in Ogier's corporate and funds team in Guernsey. Richard’s particular specialism is in the Guernsey insurance and reinsurance sector, advising in relation to captives, Insurance Linked Securities, pension risk transfer, cellular structures and regulatory matters. Richard’s practice also includes advising in relation to all aspects of investment funds.
