Raulin Amy Bio

Raulin Amy is a partner in the Corporate team and is also the Practice Partner of Ogier's Jersey office. Raulin is involved in a wide range of local and international corporate M&A, capital markets transactions including several high profile IPOs, joint ventures, restructuring transactions as well as advising on private equity and other related matters. He has a particular interest in the real estate and natural resources sectors although his clients range from banks, airlines, mining companies and infrastructure funds right through to local trust companies and utilities in Jersey. He is also a member of the banking team undertaking predominantly borrower side work for corporate clients.
