Oliver Richardson has a broad corporate and finance practice. He advises on all aspects of transactions involving Jersey or British Virgin Islands incorporated entities. On the finance side Oliver has advised on a number of high-profile project financings, asset financings, aviation financings, export financing, acquisition and cross-border leveraged financings. On the corporate side Oliver regularly works on notable corporate restructurings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and listings.
