Anne-Gaelle Delabye has almost 20 years of experience in the legal profession. She advises financial institutions, asset managers and investment firms (across Europe, the USA and Asia) on the structuring and reorganisation of Luxembourg regulated and unregulated investment vehicles with a particular focus on alternative strategies (including private equity, venture capital, real estate and debt).
