Ryan Alexander Bio

Ryan Alexander is a business lawyer and a principal in Offit Kurman's Los Angeles office and a member of the firm's Business Law and Transactions Practice Group. His area of practice covers all corporate, finance and commercial matters for clients in the automotive, healthcare, life sciences, defense and private equity business sectors. Ryan represents publicly-traded and privately-held companies, private equity funds, professional service firms and nonprofits in all aspects of business including, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, financing, fund formation, regulatory compliance, licensing and trade. He represents a variety of clients in all aspects of day-to-day operations, including corporate governance, credit facilities, executive compensation, product distribution, sourcing, technology licensing and trade compliance. Ryan works closely with clients to understand their business, ownership structure, governance and risks. Prior to joining the firm, Ryan served as corporate counsel for a multi-national Fortune 500 company headquartered in Los Angeles.
