Anthony Wang focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on private equity, venture capital, merger and acquisition, and Asia-related media and entertainment transactions. His clients span numerous industries including telecommunications, media, software/technology, manufacturing, energy, and real estate. He also has extensive experience in dealing with US securities compliance issues, corporate governance matters, and intellectual property topics, specifically with start-up companies and venture capital and private equity investors.
