David Aaronson focuses his practice on the upstream and midstream oil and gas sectors. He advises domestic and international oil and gas companies, renewable energy developers, services companies, and infrastructure developers, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies and major bank and insurance investors. With over a decade of experience in transactions spanning the energy sector, David guides clients through a vast array of energy and infrastructure transactions, from M&A deals, joint ventures, commercial transactions, and financings, to private equity and venture capital investments. He also has deep experience in the highly specialized arena of structuring esoteric oil and gas-sector securitizations, including those involving operated and non-operated oil and natural gas wellbore working interests.
