Gilberto Gutierrez-Teissonniere is a member in the Corporate Department concentrating in real estate and general corporate matters. He joined O’Neill & Borges in 2012 and has been in the private law practice since 2008. Among many notable engagements, Gilberto regularly represents CPG/GS Properties PR NPL, LLC and PRLP 2011 Holdings LLC in the management, leasing, development and disposition of assets included in two portfolios of commercial and construction loans from FirstBank Puerto Rico and Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, respectively, with an aggregated unpaid principal balance of approximately a billion dollars. Gilberto also regularly represents other funds, companies and corporate entities in the management, leasing, development and disposition of real estate assets included in commercial and construction loans and real estate asset portfolios.
