Denisse Ortiz-Torres is a member in the Corporate Department. She joined O’Neill & Borges in 2012. She is also a certified public accountant since 2008. Denisse’s practice is focused on tax law, tax incentives and general corporate law. Prior to joining O’Neill & Borges, she worked in the audit department of a major public accounting firm in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
