Shannon Zollo Bio

Shannon Zollo is chair of Nutter’s M&A and Private Equity practice groups. He advises clients on a wide range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, executive compensation, and corporate governance. Shannon has significant expertise in the life sciences, health care, technology, and defense sectors. He also serves as outside general counsel to a number of privately held companies.
