Tracy Vitols is a partner in Nutter’s Tax Department. She focuses her practice on all aspects of ERISA, executive compensation, and employee benefits law. Public and private companies, tax-exempt organizations, senior executives, and boards regularly turn to Tracy for legal advice on ERISA and employee benefits issues, including plan design and implementation, plan compliance and administration, and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL) audits. A seasoned employee benefits attorney, Tracy represents clients on executive compensation issues in mergers and acquisitions, private equity financings, venture capital investments, and complex transactions. She also has extensive experience advising clients on group health and welfare benefit plan issues.
