Ruben Pescara is specialized in M&A, with a particular reference to the real estate and renewable energy industries. He represents both domestic and international clients on the acquisition of assets, including providing counsel on the management of real estate assets (tenant and landlord agreements, construction agreements, property and facility management, etc.) as well as the sale of real estate assets. He also assists private international clients acquiring prestigious residences in Italy. Ruben Pescara has been a Founding Partner of Nunziante Magrone since 2015.
