Luca Ferrari provides counsel to private and public companies, as well as public owned entities on Intellectual Property law litigation, with a specific reference to business contract disputes. He is also well versed in providing counsel in the field of Italian corporate law as well as liaising with judges and administrators on insolvency procedures. Luca, who was previously a co-founder of the firm of Monari Sarde’ & Ferrari, joined Nunziante Magrone in November 2019 and is based in the firm’s Bologna office.
