Loredana Rondelli Bio

Loredana Rondelli has significant experience in the management of employment relations, transfers of undertakings, individual and collective dismissals, company reorganisations; she assists Italian and foreign clients both in and out of court. She holds a diploma of specialisation in labour law and trade union law and social security law from the School of Specialisation of the University of Macerata and a PhD in EU social legislation. Having been assistant professor of labour law and social security law at the Law School of the University of Perugia and lecturer in some specialisation courses on employment law, since 2021 she has been a member of the Commission for the certification of employment contracts at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice. She is qualified to practice before the Supreme Court and is a member of A.G.I. (Association of Italian Labour Lawyers) and author of numerous publications on labour and social security law matters.
