Gianmatteo Nunziante focuses his practice on providing Italian Commercial and Corporate Law counsel to national and multinational corporations on matters and transactions, also those with cross-border implications. Over the years he has also assisted numerous institutional and retail investors on litigation matters and corporate governance, as well as in the field of shareholder’s activism. Gianmatteo works alongside of clients, especially those with an international propensity, organizing – in collaboration with local diplomatic representatives – focus meetings on investments in developing countries and emerging markets. Gianmatteo has a specialised knowledge, through his client work, of businesses operating in the Energy, IT and infrastructure sectors – and in particular the Turkish market, as he advises numerous Turkish businesses with operations in Italy.
