Claudio Giordano has a wealth of experience providing counsel on transfer-pricing matters, permanent establishments, optimisation of dividends, as well as interest and royalties. Claudio advises on matters relating to the VAT aspects of the international commerce and promotes a group of European studies, which also sees the involvement of VAT experts from leading independent firms operating within European Member States. Claudio assists family businesses with the restructuring of their corporate governance also considering the generational continuity. He provides counsel on succession planning and the safeguarding of family assets. Claudio, who has as vast experience in tax litigation, can also act as defence counsel before the Court of Cassation and other Superior Courts on behalf of clients. He acts as a Non-Executive Board Member for several private companies. Claudio Giordano has been a Founding Partner of Nunziante Magrone since 2017.
