Alessio Lombardo’s practice focuses mainly on Banking & Finance transactions, both on a domestic and an international level and on Debt restructuring, advising mainly banks and financial institutions, but also borrowers (corporations, investment funds, etc.), in medium/long term loan financing transactions, both bilateral and syndicated, structured finance transactions, Real Estate Finance and Acquisition Finance transactions. Alessio’s practice also includes assistance of mainly banks and financial institutions in Debt restructuring transactions (restructuring plans, debt restructuring agreements, agreement with creditors). Along with his Banking & Finance and Debt restructuring practice, Alessio developed a significant Corporate and Real Estate transaction practice, on a domestic and international level, assisting Italian and foreign clients. Before joining Nunziante Magrone he worked for primary Italian and international law firms and as in-house counsel for a primary Italian financial institution. Alessio Lombardo has been partner of Nunziante Magrone since 2004.
