Alessio Lombardo specialises in domestic and international financial transactions and debt restructuring. He mainly assists banks and financial institutions, but also borrowers (companies, investment funds, etc.), in medium/long-term financing transactions, both bilateral and syndicated, structured finance, real estate and acquisition finance transactions. He also deals with debt restructuring, mainly assisting banks and financial institutions in the context of reorganisation plans, debt restructuring agreements and composition agreements with creditors. He has developed a significant practice in corporate and real estate transactions, both domestic and international.
