Afra Mantoni has an extensive experience providing counsel on Personal Data Protection and regularly assists clients in identifying areas of risk as well as drafting relevant privacy notices, forms and agreements. She can advise clients on data profiling, the use of data for marketing purposes, in addition to the liability of suppliers of Web 2.0 services, e-commerce and digital marketing. Afra can also counsel clients on the adoption of policies and procedures for the protection of personal information, business information, monitoring the workforce, social media and whistle blowing. Afra speaks at various conferences, in Italy and abroad, on the subject of data protection. She also assists clients in the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements and has many years of experience advising on procurement contracts, supply agreements, distribution and agency agreements, lease agreements, leasing agreements , real and personal guarantees, supply agreements, general terms and conditions of purchase or supply (also on-line), agreements with consumers. In the non-profit sector she has been assisting an Italian Foundation which helps female victim of violence. Afra joined Nunziante Magrone in 2018 as a Partner of the firm.
