Tomáš Bachtík Bio

Tomáš became a partner at Novalia in 2024. He has been with the Firm since his internship in 2016. His areas of focus include M&A, start-up financing, and IT law. He puts his theoretical knowledge to action at Novalia by assisting us with acquisitions, corporate matters and drafting of commercial contracts. Tomáš is a graduate of the Charles University Law School in Prague. He expanded his international experience by completing a semester of legal studies at Tel Aviv University, Israel.
