Pavel Marc is a Czech-qualified attorney with 20 years of broad experience in corporate, banking and commercial matters, especially matters having a cross-border angle. After a career as partner at major international law firms, he has teamed up with the best of the class to create NOVALIA, a modern legal platform that provides superior service to select clients using cutting edge know-how and technology. Pavel’s core practice is assisting clients who are buying, selling or financing their businesses. He has advised on more than 25 M&A transactions in the last three years. He also assists his clients on a wide range of commercial matters, including dispute resolution.
