Bio

Ondrej Manek has practiced law for more than ten years at the Prague offices of two leading international law firms, Wolf Theiss and Norton Rose Fulbright. He practices mainly in the areas of acquisition, sale and restructuring of companies, corporate governance and negotiation of commercial contracts. Ondřej decided to become a co-founder of NOVALIA so that he can provide legal services in a business-oriented environment. In addition to advising on legal aspects of the acquisition and sale of businesses, Ondřej advises clients in the areas of private equity, start-up companies, data protection, IT law and agricultural law. Ondřej received his law degree from Charles University Law School in Prague and was admitted to the Czech Bar in 2011. Ondřej has published many articles and given interviews on various aspects of commercial law.
