Jakub Cisar Bio

Jakub Císař has more than eight years of experience in commercial law. After practising in major international law firms, Jakub decided to join with other leading professionals to create NOVALIA. Jakub focuses on M&A and company restructuring and also on VC investments and other financing. He further specializes in commercial contracts, regulatory law (including personal data protection) IP and labor law. Jakub advises clients in IT, financial and pharmaceutical sectors. Jakub received his masters degree from the Law Faculty of Charles University Prague. He also studied at Salzburg University in Austria.
