Nils Rahlf Bio

Nils Rahlf is a corporate lawyer based in Frankfurt. He advises strategic and financial investors on high-profile cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions and on corporate law matters since more than 23 years. In addition thereto, he has gained extensive experience with public takeovers advising bidders, investors and target companies. He mainly advises clients from the financial sector as well as from the sectors technology and infrastructure and life sciences and healthcare, thus covering a major part of our global key industry sectors. He regularly publishes comments and articles in professional journals and is the co-author of publications on takeover law. Before joining the firm, Nils worked with an international US law firm.
