Nathaniel Misri Bio

Nathaniel Misri is a partner in our business law group, where he practices in transactional, corporate and commercial law matters for a variety of clients in a number of industry sectors. He has acted on a number of high-profile M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, financings and commercial contracts. Mr. Misri has also had the privilege of practicing in-house for one of the firm's global clients and as a result, he has unique insight on how to best support clients with internal counsel roles. After finishing his studies in Eastern Canada and New York, Mr. Misri clerked for the British Columbia Supreme Court. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in the financial services group of a prominent Calgary law firm. Mr. Misri is involved in the legal and his broader community, sitting on two not-for-profit boards and leading the firm’s solicitor’s pro-bono practice. He is a current member of the editorial board of Advising British Columbia Businesses.
