Mindaugas Rimkus Bio

Mindaugas is the head of the corporate and transactions team, specialising in the fields of corporate, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private and venture capital transactions, commercial real estate transactions, shareholder relations, corporate and group governance, and corporate processes (capital changes, reorganisations, restructuring, etc.). Mindaugas has gained over 15 years of experience in representing and advising business clients on the implementation of transactions and other legal processes in the aforementioned fields. He structures and manages transactions, coordinates legal and other audits, manages strategic client issues, prepares action plans, etc. Mindaugas obtained a Master’s degree in Civil Law at Mykolas Romeris University and completed the Commercial Law Studies in Ghent University, Belgium.
