Mindaugas Rimkus is partner and head of Corporate & Transactions practice at SPC legal. He has over ten years of experience of consulting clients in the fields of corporate and M&A, banking and finance, capital markets, energy and infrastructure, EU and competition law. Mindaugas assists local and international clients (investment funds, large companies, successful entrepreneurs and investors) in complex transactions and other projects. Clients especially appreciate Mindaugas’ mathematical and logical thinking, refining and structuring capabilities, knowledge in finance and accounting, understanding of business needs and practicality. In 2015 Mindaugas co-founded SPC legal after working at leading Lithuanian law firms for many years.
